I've been eating there for 2 years. The food was awesome, the service was fantastic, and staff was great. It was my favorite restaurant. Till last night. The waitress was not the brightest, and not very attentive at all. The chips were stale.The food had no flavor and was not worth what they charge. It was a slow, Sunday night, so delivery was quick. Daniel, our server was excellent. Overall the food was fair. Nothing to rave about. The Taco Salad with the Fajitas Steak was... 4 out of 10. The cheese dip was rather bland... Not very spicy at all. It's been years... Like nearly 10 years since I've been to Don Pepe. It'll probably be another 10 before I go back. Just saying.
Interior decoration is very beautiful...as if u are in a Mexican village. Friendly staff and good food for a price. The best part of their menu is that you have a Mexican section with authentic dishes that you do not find on your regular texmex or syanfard Mexican restorers here. Very nice bar and their drinks card is fantastic. Really a hidden jewel on 280.
Holy 3lbs Burrito! The Mexican restaurant lets me dance! Great food, huge portions and cool surroundings. Our service was on point and everything about the place was 5 stars in my experience. Came out of town and stayed by, got the chickens and they were great and some ordered a burrito that was the biggest burrito I've ever seen literally. Look at her.
