We placed a take out order a week before the 4th. We paid for it at the time. When we got there to pick it up they couldn't find the order. When they found the order, the ticket had been closed out. We watched numerous people pick their called in order while we waited. When we said something the manager said there were 20 orders ahead of ours.....no..there was not. We called the week prior.
