sharon at the propulsion thru has some of the worst customer service capabilities that I ever run in my life. When I asked her name, I could report it to the management that she wouldn't say and let the window close. I can't believe that this is the way of behavior that kfc wants to show that there employees of publicity. please contact this before she further harms her business. read more.
