Customer service? Yeah they don’t have it! Instead of simply handing my bag to me, the owner just threw it at me and onto the counter as if I’m not standing 0ft in front of you!! I can't comment much on lunch since I've only been there once (and it was good), but breakfast is fantastic. I really appreciate the ladies who work in the mornings; they're incredibly sweet and hardworking. Unlike many other places, I never feel like I'm a bother for being there.
I absolutely love the hot dogs topped with chili and jalapeños!
I've never been let down! From the moment I walk in until I leave, I feel like part of the family. The owner and staff are genuinely friendly, even during busy times. I always choose to have lunch there whenever I'm in Birmingham. Plus, there's always parking available, even for larger trucks.
