I'd seen Wasabi Juan's pop up many times during a yelp search for somewhere to eat but never decided to go until last Saturday when my husband suggested it.

Love this place and love seeing how it's boomed!! We went for lunch today, arrived around noon and there was no parking in the lot and a line to the door.
