this is one of my destinations to meet with people I don't know well because it is spacious and light and has a good choice on the menu. they must be a sweethorn fan that I am not! portions are big, so sometimes I choose for the version of the child! View all feedback.
What Simon H doesn't like about Boston Tea Party:
Just plain terrible. I first visited a couple of months ago, and I found the coffee pretty abysmal. I didn't review until I tried it again, it may have been a one off. I have to say, still the same. I ate an Ultimate Burger, £8.50. There was nothing ultimate about it. Good selection and really nice caffe. nice and with distance. I would double check the counter as not all vegan options were on the QR code
Good service, reasonably priced. Would recommend the sweetcorn hash with Tabasco maple syrup! Delicious!
Absolutely dreadful. I first visited a couple of months ago and found the coffee to be quite terrible. I decided to hold off on my review until I tried it again, thinking it might have been a fluke. Unfortunately, it was just as bad. I ordered the Ultimate Burger for £8.50, but there was nothing "ultimate" about it. It was a highly disappointing burger, served in a brioche bun with cheese, a slice of tomato, lettuce, and a strangely flavored bacon chutney. It came with fries and coleslaw on the side. This place really lags behind the competition, like Yorks Bakery Cafe and the incredible coffee at Faculty.
I felt like I had stepped into a Texan diner in a trendy neighborhood of Austin. Honestly, if you can’t find something you like here, there’s something wrong! They offer a diverse selection of breakfast and brunch options, along with burgers, sandwiches, and salads, available all day. I tried the smashed avocado on rye bread topped with poached eggs – a healthy breakfast to fuel me for a day at work! The soy cappuccino was also excellent. If you're vegan, you can customize a few menu items to suit your needs.
This is one of my go-to spots for meeting people I'm not well acquainted with because it has a spacious and bright atmosphere, along with a great menu selection. It seems they must be fans of sweet dishes, which I'm not! The portion sizes are quite generous, so I often opt for the kids' portion instead.
