Inevitably this is a very busy branch of Costa Coffee, right in the Bullring area where thousands of shoppers and other pedestrians are passing by so it has the atmosphere one would expect in this sort of location. You may have to wait a while for service. That said, the staff work hard to reduce the queues. Coffee is excellent the usual Costa standards and snacks such as toast and muffins are fresh.
