Went in for a panini and lady was making it on dirty worktop, she put the panini on the worktop not a plate. She was not friendly at all. Once I received the panini was so shocked it was not made properly! Cheese was not melted with ham properly made me so sick. Was in a rush to grab lunch and regret paying £4 for a disgusting sandwich and poor customer service, lady was miserable too. read more.
