personal, where friendly and helpful. we were on the stairs to see janet devlin, so was very busy. but we had to wait, but because there were many people, I didn't think it would wait long. once ordered our pizza came quite fast as it was busy. about all we have eating the service and a great place to see live music as close to as if it was one to one. 5* of me and 5 pounds of drinking money.
