pizza express has been a family lover for over 20 years. the first time in the restaurant of the harbourne high street and it was a great experience. the appetizers, pizzas and desserts were all delicious and the service was very attentive and polite. What C doesn't like about Pizza Express Harborne:
Food good and every member of staff lovely and hard working except the rude manager. As soon as a family of 5 entered he looked us up and down as if to be worthy of 'his ' restaurant. No communication, just ignored. The service was slow as resturant was very busy and clearly poorly managed by the manager. We gave our bill via cash to him directly as we walked out.
