We came in with our family and they made and served everyone’s food except ours. Waitress said it was a ticket mix up. Balked when I asked if my kids could have a free bag of potato chips while we wait. Hour and a half later the entire saloon had eaten (people who came in over 45 min after us) and we just sat with hungry kids. Here for drinks on NY'S eve. The place is clean, service efficient, wine is priced right, band well chosen. I will return!
