Awesome views, good variety of drinks, dancing area does not bother those who’re chatting. Dress code. Pricey. There’s a separate section of karaoke bar on the 7th floor. View all feedback.

What Isabel Sala doesn't like about 12:
Cocktails were solid for Bishkek, definitely on the sweet side. The view was nice. I don't recommend the food. Food seem to be premade and then reheated. Cheese plate was not good; it seemed like some cheese had gone bad or was precut and saved in the fridge, and so cheese had dried out and tasted off. The cheese and pistacho covered grapes were really good though. Next time I will just get a plate of those and drink... View all feedback.
