We drove home and past thru and got hungry, so we decided to MacDonald and you can not go wrong with their improved food tasting and with their special coupon offers. Repent many on holiday and save a little it is good as gas fuel has risen and will increase more in summer time! We really enjoyed our food and the facility was very clean and up-to-date. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
not happy that they actually load them the price of a full soda just to get water. they also force them after 30 minutes, but in the night at 6 o'clock, so the only access is the drive thru. feels like a military drill sergeant owns this load and they care more about efficiency and profit over customer satisfaction. We were in a busload of people served at this McDonald's. The young man named Jaden who waited on us was an impressive employee. We appreciated him. First McDonald's I've been in that didn't give free refills.
Jaden was quick and friendly. He got our order out fast. And was working hard to make sure everyone was taking care of. 5 stars for him and the ones working being the scenes.
This place has the worse costumer service and worse attitude. Specially from a girl with short red hair who was ignoring and giving attitude to everyone. I understand that anybody can be having a bad day but what I don’t understand is why if you don’t like your job why working there. Maybe look for another one where you don’t have to deal with costumers!
Can I give 0 stars??!! We waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes! No one was moving and the windows weren’t even open to take your card yet alone get your food! We ended up leaving along with many other people in line. Sounds like this place has a reputation from the reviews of being a disaster and needs new management! Could of had my business your loss! Save yourself time and go somewhere else!
Such a bad experience today.1. Employees were yelling at drive thru customers, I guess the drive thru wasn’t working properly.2. Toilets were hardly working.3. Tables were all dirty, it was hard to find a decent one.4. Order a chicken deluxe and the chicken was burned and hard. told them and they gave me another sandwich but it was still burned, I just told them to give me chicken nuggets instead,5. The place looks very disorganized and employees are too stressed, still not okay for employees to yelled at customers.This place needs so much work……
