"Chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard had no fudge. Apparently that step was a bridge too far for the employee. Let's be honest, Blizzards are only good or bad due to the quality of the person who makes it, and these days, a good employee is hard to come by. That ultimately will be the downfall of fast food stops."

"Where do I start? The appetizers of course!!! The fried green tomatoes, with homemade Pimento cheese, and decorated with their own recipe pepper jelly is the perfect combination of sweet and savory and have your next trip to enjoy in this culinary size!!! The ribey and asparagus are second to no!!! The steak was perfectly cooked and the flavors were absolutely incredible!!! Do not forget the fresh honey butter croissants!!! Who needs Dessert with those on the table? But we went ahead and enjoyed the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and a dab of chocolate mousse! The service was wonderful. Abby and Michael understand the true meaning of customer service and make customers more than a priority; they make you feel like a long lost friend. Thank you for this incredible experience. From deep in the heart of Texas, Shugs has become my new taste destination!"
