Water leaking from above. Dripping down next to bathroom sink. Got my charger for my hearing aids wet and they no longer work. Too bad was their reply....

For an older hotel, it was clean enough and accommodating to pets. Ice in front of doorway due to bad drainage set up was horrible. Not a sign of salting...

We had a good experience at this hotel. The hotel and our room were clean, staff was friendly. They were kind about us asking for late check out-rounding up...

"Awesome food and friendly people! If you want good pad Thai, this is the place to go. Excellent! But, with high quality comes a high price, so come ready to spend. Shrimp pad Thai was $20 with 4 shrimp, but the shrimp are large and very fresh tasting. $7 for a medium Thai milk tea, but very good and good boba. I just think I'd need to spend $14 and get two Thai milk teas to get the amount I craved if Im ever in the area again. $10 4 fried spring rolls with lots of sweet chili sauce. The spring rolls were good, but I prefer fresh spring rolls wrapped in the clear, moist, and cold wrapper with peanut sauce for dipping. I read somewhere that they may have had fresh spring rolls in the past. They always said 15 minutes when I ordered, but I waited an extra 10 after arriving every time. I suggest ordering 20-30 minutes before your expected arrival."

"Hamburger not cooked as asked. Medium well. Was brought out medium rare. Tater tots were good. Server was good. Server got manager to remove charge from ticket.. we didn't even ask for that or anything. Salad bar needed cleaning up. Not many people in at 4 pm"

"I think I 've found our new favorite restaurant! My husband and I devoured the warm, fresh butterhorns, nibbled up every last crumb from our scotch egg appetizer, scraped out our squash soup cup and 'Mmmm 'ed ' our way through our homemade pasta dishes! The service was great, atmosphere perfect and if you think it looks great from the curb, you just wait until you step inside...gorgeous!"

"My wife and I got the Fajitas for 2 and to say it was good would be an understatement. Best Fajitas I have ever had. The way they mixed everything together was excellent as well, by the way it is enough food for a good 3 or 4 people. It was piping hot and fresh. Everyone was friendly and it was a great experience. Every dish they brought out while we waited looked amazing. I Can not recommend enough."
