I just wanted to highlight my experience on my lunch break... I gracefully slipped on some ice outside and, while embarrassed, I wasn't hurt. A really nice gentleman came out immediately asking if I was ok and held the door for me despite them being busy with the lunch rush. Shoutout to this employee for being observant and polite. Food is good, but service is painfully slow. They only have 2 people making sandwiches and lots of customers waiting during lunch time. And other employees doing absolutely nothing. It’s freezing cold inside (winter) and the music is way too loud. I used the app to order, but waited inside for it to be ready. Took 40 minutes from order to getting my sandwich. View all feedback.
