"We've visited Schloss Niederweis on many occasions. The atmosphere is wonderfully romantic set in the carriage house of a old German palace. We try to visit every few months as the menu changes based on seasonal availability. The food never disappoints we've enjoyed succulent vension steaks, racks of lamb, light flaky fish as well as bright carpaccio salads, light foam soups, and absolutely divine foie gras. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their wine pairings are always spot on. The menus are also very reasonably priced generally 35 38 euros for 3 4 courses."

"We've been there on a very busy Saturday evening. Nevertheless they did a good job. Served a delicious and huge plate with an unbeatable amount of meat with overall well prepared dishes. The owner took care everyone get served as soon as possible and that there were not to long idle time while waiting on the next plate to serve."
