A lovely place, we did have to wait 10mins for a table but that was f8ne as we hadnt booked and it was busy, We was seated and was seen to straight away, ordered food and quickly got the starters followed by mains! Despite the pleasant atmosphere and clean surroundings, our experience at Frankie Benny’s was overshadowed by disappointing service. While the haloomi chicken burger received positive feedback from the companion with me, we found ourselves waiting for about 10 minutes before a staff member appeared to be seen. We ordered a bacon double burger and a dirty hotdog. Both were delicious. Also the member of staff who served us was excellent. Really friendly and helpful
