Not sure how this place made 100 years as far as ???? bread making goes. I got Pumpernickel (left) and Sourdough loaves. I thought I was eating Wonder Bread! Pumpernickel is a dark rye, not this. Sourdough was mediocre at best. One loaf marked 100%Wheat not whole grain. All wheat bread is 100% wheat ???? as far as I know. No whole grain offered.
