Stopped into this seemingly cute country cafe but was witness to a fairly ordinary interaction between a customer and the owner over a late order that didn’t arrive. The customer asked for a refund which was met by an aggressive response, the owner didn’t want...to refund the order that never arrived. Highly unprofessional behaviour, put us off a bit. "Visited this cafe for breakfast during the week and boy do I regret it. The food tasted like blahhh, the service was appalling and the venue was untidy. I think that the staff at Jamaica Blue in Cooroy need to work on they're customer service...skills and learn how to smile. I did not feel unwelcome at this little cafe and the staff very not attentive. The older gentleman that was working behind the counter which I presume was the manager spoke rudely to not only his staff but to the customers aswell. Sorry Jamaica Blue I will NOT be returning to your cafe and giving you my business."
