"Hair in food. Burger was burnt to the point it was crumbling. Bread and olives took 40 minutes to arrive. Truly embarrassing. I felt bad for the service staff who didn’t have any responsibility for the issues. Shame, what happened to this place? We could hear the kitchen staff complaining about our issues with the food as we were sat right in front of the doors. The table before us were complaining too. There was 3 tables of 2 in the restaurant. So not busy at all. I used to love it here. This was the second time having a bad meal as we were invited back to give them a second chance."

"Have visited before and it`s always been fine. This time, though, it was a different picture. Booked a table for 7pm, but when we got there just before 7 there were people standing in the doorway sheltering from the rain. Knowing we had a booking, we squeezed past them, only to be confronted by the `Manager` telling us to stay outside as there were no tables free. When we explained we had a booking for 7pm, he repeated the message that there were no tables free and said we would have to wait outside. Shocked by the situation and realising we were way down his list of people waiting for a table, we left. Sadly can`t comment on the food because we didn`t get to sample any. A really poor way to deal with Customers. Won`t be returning."

"Yesterday we had a fabulous takeaway from the Panshi in Croston Been here many times but not for a takeaway. Originally it was meant to be a sit down meal but changed our plans after booking and they were really helpful. I love Bangladeshi fish...and if you haven’t tried it Afi will order it on for you with a couple of days notice. We arrived slightly early for our pickup and they were just packing it. Meant we got home in time to watch it for one of the most amazing F1 races ever!! The food was amazing. Thanks once again Afi and compliments to your chef Phil"
