"Hair in food. Burger was burnt to the point it was crumbling. Bread and olives took 40 minutes to arrive. Truly embarrassing. I felt bad for the service staff who didn’t have any responsibility for the issues. Shame, what happened to this place? We could hear the kitchen staff complaining about our issues with the food as we were sat right in front of the doors. The table before us were complaining too. There was 3 tables of 2 in the restaurant. So not busy at all. I used to love it here. This was the second time having a bad meal as we were invited back to give them a second chance."

"Bonoful will always be the best place for an Indian takeaway in Preston, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The chicken tikka masala is perfectly creamy and the food never makes me feel bloated, just comfortably full."

"Have visited before and it`s always been fine. This time, though, it was a different picture. Booked a table for 7pm, but when we got there just before 7 there were people standing in the doorway sheltering from the rain. Knowing we had a booking, we squeezed past them, only to be confronted by the `Manager` telling us to stay outside as there were no tables free. When we explained we had a booking for 7pm, he repeated the message that there were no tables free and said we would have to wait outside. Shocked by the situation and realising we were way down his list of people waiting for a table, we left. Sadly can`t comment on the food because we didn`t get to sample any. A really poor way to deal with Customers. Won`t be returning."

"With my son visiting from the South we decided to enjoy another Titash Tandoori meal via the Just Eat Website. We have tried all of the local Indian restaurants and takeaways over the years with many of their menus and the Titash in our view has come out the best for variety of menus; consistency of quality of food and speed of delivery. This time we ordered 2 x Chicken Tikka Jalfreizi curry's with egg fried rices; 1 plain Naan and 2 poppadoms along with a cauliflower baji side dish. The portions here are generous and the taste of everything truly delicious and moreish. Just the job for a hungry family. Price was less than £12.00 a head delivered. A nice treat and well worth it. There is a varied menu available at the Titash and we can thoroughly recommend the Jalfresi curry although if you want something a little less hot then try the Chicken Tikka Balti curry as well. Both delicious!"
