"Bonoful will always be the best place for an Indian takeaway in Preston, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The chicken tikka masala is perfectly creamy and the food never makes me feel bloated, just comfortably full."

"Can’t believe this place has got stars, food was completely bland, vindaloo sauce was like water and not even hot, no flavour to the biryani and the veg pakora was breaded! Never seen that before and was completely inedible. The only half decent thing...was the free onion Bhajis and the chapatis. Would definitely not recommend"

"Have visited before and it`s always been fine. This time, though, it was a different picture. Booked a table for 7pm, but when we got there just before 7 there were people standing in the doorway sheltering from the rain. Knowing we had a booking, we squeezed past them, only to be confronted by the `Manager` telling us to stay outside as there were no tables free. When we explained we had a booking for 7pm, he repeated the message that there were no tables free and said we would have to wait outside. Shocked by the situation and realising we were way down his list of people waiting for a table, we left. Sadly can`t comment on the food because we didn`t get to sample any. A really poor way to deal with Customers. Won`t be returning."

"Hair in food. Burger was burnt to the point it was crumbling. Bread and olives took 40 minutes to arrive. Truly embarrassing. I felt bad for the service staff who didn’t have any responsibility for the issues. Shame, what happened to this place? We could hear the kitchen staff complaining about our issues with the food as we were sat right in front of the doors. The table before us were complaining too. There was 3 tables of 2 in the restaurant. So not busy at all. I used to love it here. This was the second time having a bad meal as we were invited back to give them a second chance."
