"Super disappointed. We drive from Pocatello to get Wake Up call pretty often. Ever since the new management has been there it has been such an awful experience. The customer service even from the new owners is just awful. I drove from pocatello today and ordered 3 drinks. According to the menu it should have been around 13 and it was 17. I know 4 isn't a lot, but if you are going to change your prices, then don't mislead your customers.When I questioned the girl about how much my drinks were individually she was super passive aggressive and said Don't know what to tell ya . I've been going here since Christy Olsen owned it YEARS ago. Under the new management I will never go again. Super sad to see such an amazing business become so terrible."

"Moved up here a year ago and found this place! Best decision, I support local business and I finally found a place that has REAL chai, Homemade chai. The Oregon chai I absolutely hate and that?s the only thing you get around here. The chai was amazing itreminded me of home! I ordered a pumpkin chai and a breakfast sandwich. It was amazing. This is my new favorite place in town!The lady at the front was the sweetest!"
