"Awesome place!! We came here for a Friday night drinks and food. I have to say, their menu is diverse and has a great range of prices. Everything looked sooo good as it was being run by the servers. We got the Classic and Faculty Street burgers and they were extremely good burgers! The medium well was cooked perfectly, the medium one was a little over cooked BUT the taste definitely made up for it. The ambience is really nice with people from all ages. Our server was super kind and checked on us regularly, and the food was served quickly (within 15m). It is my first bar grill to try in Blacksburg and it is highly recommended."

"This is based solely on the Blacksburg location, and is based on the most recent visit. Normally we've had good experiences here, and at other locations. However, this time we had a long wait from the time we being seated until having food in front of us. I typically have three expectations for a waiter: serve my food warm/cold as appropriate, keep my drink full, and don't hover. I don't want to bust on the waiter too much. I think they were short staffed and he was doing his best. But it took a good 30 minutes to get our food and I sat with an empty glass for about 15 minutes. It could have been the one time, and I'll try it again next time I'm in town. The food was fine, so I can't complain about the quality. If the next experience is better, I'll amend this review."
