I had a great meal on Saturday Nov 18th 2023. I got two pieces of dark meat chicken FF and Very Good Baked Beans that I truly enjoyed, and a soft roll. With a Jumbo water with Ice that stays cold all the way back to my home in Jacksonville Florida. Thank View all feedback.
What Sheri Lott doesn't like about Carter's Fried Chicken:
Says open at 9 om map. We stopped at 9:30. Employees were outside building taking a smoke break. We pulled up right in front of them and went to the door. It was locked but the employees just watched us . Never said we're open or not. Never spoke to us at all to greet is or let us know anything View all feedback.
Stopped on whim, so glad I did, chicken was sooooo good and juicy.
They worked with me and were so nice I ended up getting enough food to feed my family for a few days! 10/10 would recommend! Staff was kind and helpful, chicken tastes amazing and the place is kept very clean. Thank y’all for genuine southern hospitality!!!

Food was fresh and delicious, was quick and sweet tea is perfect
Food is great. The cashier was distracted and didn't pay attention to what I was ordering. I had to have it corrected when I received it. The restaurant is old and it shows.
