they are the most unethical with little or no customer service focus in blacktown. it's a wonder they've survived as a business so far. they will overbook and cancel reservations where they can earn most money. in our experience, they took a booking for the whole restaurant, which came after my booking and then not disturbing to tell us our booking was canceled. at the time of my booking was not told me there were ot... Food is great and so is the ambience. Never knew this place existed. We absolutely loved the food and service was great and quick. Will definitely come back!
The food is average and non authentic. The worst part is the overbooking and customer service.
This restaurant is a nice hidden gem in Blacktown. I went here for the first time on Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised to see this large venue bustling. Staff let us know they were under staffed and that we may experience a delay. I found our food and cocktails came out rather quickly with minimal wait time. The staff were friendly and made a busy night cohesive for all.Will definitely be retuning with more friends.
