What User doesn't like about Wawa:
The lack of on duty workers between 5-6am is forcing me to change my route to work in order to hit a different location. It seems that both inside and outside are severely understaffed. I?ve dealt with it for a few weeks, but the lines get so long that I find myself inside for 10+ min just to walk out with a coffee and sizzli. That?s NOT convenient at all! View all feedback.

"First time. Walked in got looked at by the teen girls “running” the deli. Girl at the counter was writing someone I didn’t see yelled “ u here to order or pick up” I ordered my hoagie gave specific instructions and it was wrong when I got to work. They won’t put sides like pickles and peppers on the sandwich and they forgot to put it in my bag. No oil or vinegar! I called got passed around on the phone. After explaining it again, the girl on the phone was very rude telling me the pepper ham I asked not to have on it is on it. Then I asked about my total bc it was higher then expected again her tone and attitude “ yeah, well the menus are like 5yrs old sooo yeah the prices went up! She need to change her attitude or that’s all she even be a counter girl"

"Rys, hands down, has the best bagels around. I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact that they get your order wrong more times then other places. Still worth it."
