What Gwyn Sullivan doesn't like about Cinnamon Garden:
Ordered take away 06:15. Told hour wait which is acceptable i feel but 45 mins in i receive a phone call to say ingredients ran out so need to amend our order to which i then did. Almost 2 hours later food arrives with no appology. Start to dish out and then find that there are items also missing. Call them up only for them to try and palm us off and get discount next time. "We came here for dinner after arriving in Sennybridge for a walking holiday with our dogs. This place is dog-friendly. Outside looks boring and old, but when you enter, there are large screen TVs and the decor is new. We were the only customers there on a Sunday evening at 6.30pm, so drinks were quick. There was no Guinness, so my husband had to contend with a Staropramen. There were no starters on the menu, so we ordered some small bites of cheesy garlic bread and chicken fillets. For mains, they did not have a number of dishes on the menu, therefore I had peppered beef instead and my husband had surf and turf. Quality of the food was average, a bit like oven food. The service was quick though, and our waiter was so friendly and lovely with our dogs that he would get 5 stars from us (if not for the food). All in all, lovely staff in a dog-friendly pub, but limited quality and variety of food and drink."
