What User doesn't like about L'écrin:
Disappointed... lobster entrance, too much salad not enough lobster taste in these 3 ravioli... For the dish, the pistachio crust veal seems to be frozen as dry and the crust is without pistachio and imbibed with water, onion pickles are a coarse lack of finesse... We didn't want to go to dessert... Too bad because the service is unbreakable and the friendly setting! View all feedback.
