We are not from Blanco and it was great to find this place. The food quality, variety, and taste were very good. The beer list is good with a wide variety. Dog friendly? even on a chilly afternoon our waitress was attentive friendly we were not ?left out in the cold?. Our brisket was super tasty in a fresh bun with the smoky bbq complimented with pickles and coleslaw topping. The sweet potato frieswere really fresh tasty ???? so glad we stopped in on our drive. Super happy with our choice. Food and service were really great here. We got the Spicy cheese curds and the Blackened Fish (salmon) tacos, and both were awesome...

"Love this picturesque casual restaurant with a local Texas feeling in the heart of the beautiful little town blanco. apparently it is a busy and popular restaurant that judges from the crowds of people there and why would they not be popular? they have live music, great service and eat! it's a winning combination in my book. it is on the Blanco Square so that they are going to lunch and buy in the cute shops. we had sandwiches with wonderful homemade broths. I enjoyed her great Cesar salad with huh. we sat on the veranda terrace as it was a beautiful day. the staff is super friendly and helpful. So if they're in blanco, they'll try."

"Arrived at the Blanco River Pizza Co on New Year's Eve after visiting the Johnston city lights. We were seated, after 20 minutes received water, ordered. Basically arrived at 6:45 received food at 8:00 after numerous visits to follow up on food. Constantly told it was coming up next. Told this three times."
