What an experience! I have always loved smokehouses but had not been to any in a while. Knowing this, my boyfriend took me to Bailey’s, because he enjoyed eating there and his food friend (Chef Wilson) worked there. At one time this restaurant was great. The food was good and you could count on it being consistent. How times have changed. Just not the quality it used to have. The meat is very fatty and the quality has just gone completely downhill. And if you order takeout make sure you reinforce the packaging before you put it in your car.
