My brother and I took our father out for the day on some family business to the mountains and on the way back we stopped in here for a quick bite to eat on our way home.Normally I don't expect much at a charcoal chicken shop, but this one is a pleasant surprise. After a few years down the hill I was eager to return to Professors. Alas it's not the same or my memory is not what it used to be. Uninterested staff, dry chicken and salads and sides that look the same as anywhere else. Suggest IGA or Woolies can supply a juicier alternative if you can do without the chips. Don't make my mistake of thinking the one up the highway would be better as it's even worse. View all feedback.
