What User doesn't like about Debonairs Pizza:
2 pizzas ordered 3.5 hours ago. I called them and said they were waiting for drivers. The entrepreneur should rise. The reviews below show many problems. I wish I knew in advance. No good experience.

"My experience wasn't so good. I got bad service and laid a complaint to head office. However... the food was beyond 100 percent. What makes it even better is that the store manager acknowledged and sincerely apologised about the bad service, which covers up the bad. I will absolutely visit again."

"Gave them 5 stars a year ago. Never going there again. Decor starting to look run down, with service to match. In spite of the restaurant not being very full, more than an hour after placing our order, we eventually decided to find food elsewhere. No explanation offered, nor an attempt to offer as much as a bun."
