The place gets very full but the staff members are well capable of taking care of the customers on time. The kids area could do with a play area rather than just video games but this might be due to an issue with space. It's very safe as the kids area has video footage playing in the restaurant and parents can see their children as they play View all feedback.

"We were here on Wednesday and the food and service was excellent. Paolo, the waiter, was attentive and he made sure the food and drinks were served fast. We went back today and Simpiwe, the waitress, was super and efficient. However, the manager on duty (i believe it is Paolo 's mother) was very disrespectful towards the waiters and kept on screaming orders at the waiters. Other than that, a very good place to have an amazing meal and the prices are good too."

"Bloemfontein's hidden gemstone. This place is beautiful. The views are picturesque. You get to see Bloemfontein from a totally different view. I walked in and secured with ease a table for 10. Service was awesome from reception when booking to the waiter that served us and the manager who checked on us. Safe to say the food was gastronomical. Looking forward to my next visit."
