Dairy Queen (treats And Cakes)

The management is the worst! Alyssa, the manager, took my order for my son's graduation cake and spent 10 minutes on the phone with me. It was a total waste of time because when I went to pick up the cake on the day of his graduation, there was no cake ready. They ruined his entire day and his celebration! The service was terrible, and they showed no remorse at all. It was a complete disaster.

The ice cream is delicious, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. It feels like a place where young children are in charge.

This restaurant is good, and I rated it 4 stars primarily because they sometimes get orders wrong. My usual choice is the chocolate extreme, which I order almost every time. However, on a recent visit, I received it with barely any chocolate. I was taken aback and initially thought they had mixed up my order, but all the brownie chunks and chocolate bits were there—it was just missing the chocolate ice cream. I'm guessing the staff member was new, but this has happened to me twice now, so I know others may have experienced the same issue.

The only thing I didn't like here was their tiny, easily broken plastic spoons. I could barely cut through the brownie without breaking it. I liked the brownie sundae I got here though. And on the plus side, I asked for extra fudge and I got as much as I wanted. The servers were nice and friendly.
