this dunkin is very clean. I was there twice, though I live in the city. now it's my place. the only things I found strange, the more utensils are behind the counter and it is not accessible to the customer. Why is that? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Every time I order for mobile pick up, I always end up waiting 10-15 minutes for my order. It doesn’t matter when I place my order, it’s always a 10-15 minute wait. This morning I WATCHED the woman make half of my drink and then start cleaning and restocking inventory. It took another employee to ask me what I ordered for my order to be completed. Lady working there sweeping floor them come behind counter to make a beverage for customer and did not change gloves. I walked out the store.
Worst customers service. They miss something in the order and then they leave you in the end of the line to give you what you missed.
The assistant manager and manager are very nice people who listen to customers' concerns. I understand it's a stressful job; some of the employees could be a little more patient.

Lady works there, recurring floor they come behind the opposite to make a drink for the customer and not to change gloves. I went out of the load.
