What michael sams doesn't like about Steak N Shake:
Went to drive thru. Waited lengthy amount of time to be helped. Thought speaker was broken and drove to window. Guy took his time to come to the window. When he came to window he asked what we ordered. I told him we hadn’t ordered yet because nobody said anything at speaker then he told me”well everybody else ordered”. I said never mind.
