For a city without a Jewish bakery it's a good place to get a bagel with lox. Though they should never run out of plain bagels. Which is what happened when I visited. View all feedback.
What Joe Reda doesn't like about Einstein Bros. Bagels:
We love the bagels. They 're always nice and fresh, and well-sliced Much, much better than Panera. However ...It 's the service that 's a bit of a problem, Every time I come in, I 'm always feeling *rushed*. I go to give my order and am constantly interrupted and have to start over. For example: last time, I could barely get out 3 Everything, please, and ... and she moved immediately to the register and said that 's... View all feedback.
Had a large order for my office, plus a single for me. They nailed it and in a timely fashion. Good job.
The employees always greet me when I go and place an order. They are always quick with their service and the food is delivered hot and is always so delicious! I feel welcomed everytime I walk into Einsteins and everything I have already mentioned before is the reason why I continue to come back and have my breakfast with them.
Top notch crew every time I go in. I made a mistake on my order and they fixed it. Food is always good and they seem to care about the quality of service.
Absolutely love this place. People love to complain about how they run out of bagels, but as long as you get there early enough there is plenty of
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I have never been so disappointed with an order. My boyfriend and I ordered a turkey-sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich with egg on a plain bagel, and a plain bagel with cream cheese. I assumed the sandwich was correct when she called his name for the to-go order, and we left after they gave us his bagel that they initially failed to make and put in the bag. We got in the car and noticed the sandwich was spicy on an Asiago bagel, so my boyfriend went back in to get the sandwich I ordered. They made him pay for the sandwich again, even though they are the ones who got the order wrong in the first place since we “already took the sandwich out of the store.” Excuse us for thinking they gave us the correct item and walking out of the store with it!! $30 later, we are eating our bagels and can barely bite through because they’re hard as a rock. He initially gave them a 20% tip. If only we knew in advance that this was going to happen, we wouldn’t have left a tip at all. I usually enjoy Einstein Bagels, but we definitely will not be returning to this location.
