What Riley H likes about La Poblana Taco Truck:
i most recently had the nachos w carnitas the pork was really flavorful, and so were the refried pinto beans. you could tell that the chips were recently fried on the truck. however the star of the show imho was their spicier salsa (optional, they also have a salsa verde) it was rich smoky and went really well with the pork. oh, and give their horchata a try, especially on a hot day. very refreshing! I ordered quesadillas, but I am not sure what that was. This oily tortilla with cheese cannot be called quesadillas. Worst quesadilla I ever had.
