our food was great and the restaurant was not busy and peaceful when we arrived at 18 o'clock, although it was overcrowded and very loud until the time we left two hours later. our server was pleasant, but needs some more training and experience. we will definitely return. View all feedback.

chef seth elgar always makes a great meal. they'll start him at finchs.

"No malty brews were found at Upland. I didn't care, I like IPAs, but some people in our group of 20 didn't like it. Yes, they were able to accommodate a group of 20 after an IU football game.The food was okay. I keep trying to find something that is in the amazing category at Upland. I don't. The beer is good. If they'd update the food offerings to have the taste and quality match the prices, it'd be better."

"The maryland eggs (could also be named a crab cake benedict) was so very good as were the michael's fried potatoes (i had them add pepperocinis to kick them up a notch). my sister gave me a taste of her malted belgum waffle and i could have eaten it all. comfortable resturant (and great bar area) with wonderful good offerings!!"

"Had a great time here for my wife’s 40th birthday. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a warm sense of hospitality . Excellent cocktails that rival some of the high-end NYC cocktail bars we used to frequent. The drink menu was very thoughtful and showed off their in-house spirits in their best light."
