So far, the average rating is just 2, so one has to assume that the Capitol Grill is not among the best restaurants of its current customers.
the terrible service, I was told it would be a long wait. we (a party of 4) waited 25 minutes and the bar/restaurant settled. we asked when we were sitting.
terrible service and really unfriendly staff, but the atmosphere makes fun and eating is good. they have good specificities and all that is related to alcohol.
