"Had a wonderful dinner in a very pleasant room with outstanding food — our group of 5 had swordfish and filets (3) cooked perfectly and short ribs. We were celebrating our December birthdays in our family — even the table had happy birthday confetti. This is a great place to get together with family and friends to celebrate."

"On February 19, 2022, we ordered a few items for take out. One of those items was a burger that my husband had ordered. After a few bites of our dinners, we were left in utter shock, disgust and fear. Cooked into my husbands burger was a very large and real screw. He noticed the screw after biting down onto it, which caused one of his front teeth to chip. A chipped tooth is very disappointing and frustrating, but what if he had swallowed it?! The outcome could have been a lot worse. We have 3 small children who were enjoying their meals at the time. We went into an immediate state of panic and fear that they had swallowed something very dangerous as well. My husband immediately called the restaurant and the manager apologized and said that someone would call us back either that evening or tomorrow. We never received a return phone call. It has been almost 2 months and we still have not received a phone call from the restaurant. We were never even offered a refund for our meals. How will this be resolved? No action from the restaurant is completely unacceptable. Update: West End Ale Haus called me, apologized, refunded us for our meals and sent us a Visa gift card."

"I truly like Olive Garden but was disappointed in this location. When we arrived, a young girl at the front seated us. She took us to a table where the seat was full of cheese and sauce. I asked if the seat could be cleaned. She then left me standing there for several minutes and when she returned, she hands me a small paper towel and walks away!! She did not clean the seat nor even offer to assist me. Will not return to this restaurant."

"Fantastic dinner. Delicious and filling. We are out of the way out of town, and if you are in unknown area, it can be difficult to find a great place to grub. We decided to try out This is Amore based only on photos on the reviews. We were glad we made it! We were great when we came in and were told several times that they were short and it could take a minute. So we knew before we were sitting that it could not be a quick service. But with this said, the food was amazing, we had originally wanted pizza then served pasta dishes that saw mouthwater so that we immediately looked at their pasta options. Mmmmm mmm good! Our daughter got pizza, and these slices were huge!!! I ordered the Gamberi Giardino with fatuccine, nice dish! The baked potato soup was amazing, I could have it as a meal myself. My Hubby had the Gamberi in Vodka Sauce, and he was very satisfied. We ordered a Cannoli and Tiramisu, waited to eat it on the following day, and even in the refrigerator overnight they sat delish. It is a shame that we live so far away, this place definitely serves wonderfully flavored dishes!"
