Great experience and amazing staff. They went out of their way and remade me my order when it was my fault and didn't charge me. Fantastic experience and will definitely go there as much as I can. What Donna H doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
we ordered a coffee on the app at 7:40 pm. got there at 7:45 the girls would NOT make coffee because it was too close to closing time. they wouldn't make more coffee. She said they were closing in 10 min. that is poor customer service. They couldn't make a new pot of coffee ? she didn't refund money. I plan to speak with the manager. View all feedback.
