What Emily H likes about Royals Hot Chicken:
Royals is an awesome fast-casual fried chicken restaurant! I really enjoy both the salad and the tacos, and this location is spacious and bright. Our service has always been good here, however, sometimes the tenders are on the smaller side and the amount of seasoning can be a little inconsistent. What Jeff doesn't like about Royals Hot Chicken:
When this location first opened it was excellent however as time goes by just seems to be going downhill. Chicken is always seems to be cold and spicy wedges always seem to be old. Staffing there is very relaxed and they seem not to care about much at all, including good service or quality food preparation. Do not waste your money on their overpriced milkshakes.
