Blue Springs' ONLY local coffee shop/café with delicious coffee and delicious food for breakfast and lunch! Any other option, for me, is franchise or big coffee / no food. The WiFi was a problem for work or study, but that seems much better. Great place with great views. "A handcrafted pizza place that makes incredible off-Menu pizza or builds its own. Blue Springs really needed a place like this to make a nice touch of modern pizza in the city. Went with the new Jasmine Pizza, which is a Pesto base Thai style pizza. She constantly checked on me during my meal to see if I needed anything and offered a complimentary dessert when the Chef gave me the wrong size fish serving. Outside the food being delicious, my waitress was very genuine, receptive and smiled the whole time during her service to me. It made for a pleasant evening."
