When we walked in, we had to greet the cashier, Vanessa. She just stared at us. Vanessa was very rude to my wife while we were ordering. It was our first time and we called the tower cake a tier cake. She rolled her eyes and said “what is that?” Customer service training needs to be a priority for this branch.
