What User likes about Chelly's Cafe:
Great food, reasonably priced. Very friendly staff and best Margaritas in town. However....they charge more if you pay with credit card vs cash. If you pay cash have exact change. You dont get your coin change if you dont. I understand charging for credit but if you dont have coin change dont short change your customer! View all feedback.
