"We've been here several dozen times have recommended it to many friends. Unfortunately our last visit was so disappointing, we will not come back. We drove from Grand Bend, a 25 minute trip, and were told at 6:25 that eat-in orders were not accepted after 6:30pm. After discussing it with the rude counter person for a couple of minutes, we pointed out at 6:27 that it wasn't quite 6:30. She proceeded to tell us that she was very tired and instructed us to leave home earlier next time. Well, there won't be a next time. I understand the service industry can be taxing, and have respect for the people who do this type of work but a surly attitude is never acceptable. What she could have said instead was that they close at 7:00 and she'd be happy to serve us as long as we were mindful of that. This was not the first incident of her rudeness, but in this case it was the last straw. We no longer recommend Out of the Blue, but share this story instead. It's a shame because the food was quite good."

"My first experience was not that great. I waited just over hour for my pizza, I was told 35-45 mins. I was there to pick it up and once I was enroute home back home, I could smell it was burnt. I should have checked it before I left. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner"

"We took my 91 year old mother here for her birthday and she was treated with the utmost respect by the owner. The steaks were excellent and everything was hot. Loved the fresh baked bread. The best surprise was another guest that was at the next table came over and wished my Mom a happy birthday. Great experience and will visit again"

"I was in town on business and some local friends took a colleague and I here for brunch. It was quite busy, which they tell me it often is. I can now see why. The menu has a lot of tempting choices but in the end (as recommended by a friend) I decided to go with the P.B B and B. It was very different from any french toast I have had and it was delicious. I also tried a bit of the morning after poutine that someone else ordered and it was also very good. The food took a while to come, but when it did it was hot, fresh, and well prepared. It was definitely worth the wait. Our server was very friendly as well."

"Dined in this establishment April 26 2023 at 6 pm. Lovely decor and beautiful view of the setting sun on Lake Huron. Waitress 's macro skirt was continually riding up and she was continually pulling it down but hey ! not complaining. The Caesar Salad App was decent but the En-tree, not so much. My wife ordered a seafood linguini which was all Linguini and a few bits of seafood dices and very little sauce. She left most of it for the dumpster.. I ordered the Beef Dip which was disappointing. Anticipated tender beef slices with a rich gravy dip but all I got was a cheap cut of cold beef slices stuffed in a stodgy hotdog bun and a dish of store-bought- beef stock as the dip The fries that came with it were from frozen (not fresh-cut)then deep fried. We were not impressed. Parking: We found lots of parking. And the Accessible parking was good too."
