"We were driving through and excited to get a great burrito. Sadly disappointed. When we arrived at probably about 7:30 or so I decided to get one of their signature burritos. The girl making it asked if I wanted it just as it came. I said yes! So she started with the beans then said we are out of pork pick another protein. No problem I’ll have chicken. Then she passed it off to someone else who said we don’t have the corn salsa or the banana peppers or the pineapple. Ok at this point it’s a completely different burrito with 1/2 the ingredients missing. My partner got one of the ones with fries and there were about 8 dry French fries at the bottom of the bin, clearly needed to drop more. We got two fountain drinks and two of the flavors of soda were out of syrup… went to the bathroom and the trash was overflowing. Wish we had gotten poke bowls instead. The final result was ok… but super lackluster and the whole operation just felt lazy.If you order something and you don’t have the ingredients say at the beginning so I can pick something else or change my mind.Overall just felt lazy."

"We stopped at 620 State on our way to Tennessee and couldn't wait to dine there again on the way back two days later. A delicious array of Southern and Asian dishes all laced with some incredibly warm Southern hospitality. The hostess Jo Ella remembered they had run out of hand sanitizer when we first came in and had bought some extra on her own just in case they ran out and another customer needed some. Our first trip the only tables available were ones with high stools which wouldn't work for 90 year old mom. They did some rearranging magic and made sure we got the right kind of table without a wait. I wish I had my phone with me both times to show pictures of the ambiance and great food. Definitely recommend the Grilled Salmon, Downtown Chicken, Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, and Dragon Roll since we tried those. I bet all the other dishes are just as good. The servers were super attentive. Any time we were even slightly close we will definitely stop by again!"

"I haven’t experienced customer service on this level in a long time. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to my special diet. I love that this is a family-owned restaurant with traditional, homemade recipes. We cannot wait to come back!!"
